Who to contact

Nathan McGregor operates INLINE. For privacy questions, a copy or correction of your information, an account closure or a deletion request, email nathan@inlinecoaching.com. Please do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting information.

Enquiries and membership

The enquiry form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, interests and message so Nathan can respond to your request. A copy is stored on the website and sent through Web3Forms for delivery. Please do not put medical details in this public enquiry form.

Member accounts use Supabase for sign-in. Your journals, ideas, settings and photo references are stored in the website database; uploaded photos are stored separately. ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and storage.

Enquiries about a service and membership administration are processed to respond to your request and provide that service. Security checks protect accounts and the service against misuse. Optional member content is submitted at your choice; that choice does not remove your data-protection rights.

Private entries and sharing

Private entries are excluded from Nathan's normal founder view. Choosing “Share with Nathan” lets him view that entry and its photo. Your avatar, cover and background photo can be seen in the founder view. Making an entry private cannot undo content already read or saved.

“Only me” describes access through the member interface; this is not end-to-end encryption. Authorised service administration may require access for support, security or legal obligations.

Deleting an entry removes it from your space. Its photo is removed from active storage when it is no longer used by another entry or your appearance settings. A storage failure may delay photo removal; it is queued for retry. Backup copies, where maintained by providers, may follow a separate expiry process. Coaching information

Coaching onboarding and check-ins may use separate services, including Typeform and the private INLINE Coach workspace. Health information needs additional protection and a valid legal condition for processing. Ask Nathan for the privacy and consent information applicable to your coaching before submitting sensitive health details. This page does not replace that information.

Cookies, external links and retention

The member portal uses essential sign-in cookies. Hosting security services may use cookies to prevent abuse. External music embeds, fonts and linked sites may receive connection information and have their own privacy information.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, your ongoing service relationship, outstanding enquiries or disputes and applicable legal obligations. You can request a review or deletion; some records may need to be kept where a lawful reason applies. Ask Nathan for the retention and international-transfer information relevant to your records and the providers involved.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it. Contact Nathan using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
